The outdoor swimming pool and relaxing spa treatments really helped us recharge for our next adventures. The property boasts stunning bamboo architecture nestled among lush greenery. I enjoyed the calming pathways, making it easy to explore. The personal ambassador, Helen, really stood out for her attentiveness and help with last-minute bookings. Breakfast was exceptional. I looked forward to my morning coffee at Hay Hay, definitely a highlight! I had a wonderful massage that was both relaxing and rejuvenating. The private pool in the villa was delightful and perfect for unwinding. On the downside, our villa lacked adequate seating options around the pool area. it would have been nice to have more comfort there. Also, the ocean view from our room was obstructed by tall plants, which was disappointing. The shuttle service could improve too—no clear instructions were given for our return, and we ended up searching for it at the station. Despite these issues, this place offered a solid experience overall.

This place is perfect for me! Free wi-fi, beautiful outdoor swimming pool, and amazing staff who helped with plug adaptors during my first stay. I loved the delicious food and great service. Upgrade to a villa for the best experience!
